Great keyboard and exactly what I was looking hoping for.

As an out of the box bare-bones kit, it really was very simple as far as setting up. The only qualms that I had about it were the weight it’s very very heavy, and the fact that it does not have adjustable height feet. The instructions could be a little clearer on the multiple settings for use with multiple computers, but other than that, it works very well. It sounds delicious which is the reason why I bought it in the first place. So overall really great, but not perfect.

I had my doubts ordering from Thock King because I had never heard of the website before, but I needed to get a Monsgeek M5W shipped in time for Christmas as a gift, and Thock King was the only place that had the color I wanted. I looked online and saw that it was a small business but a legitimate one, with the owner being active online to promote his business, and I decided it was worth taking a chance and ordering from the site. I was pleasantly surprised by the free shipping that came with the board - many other websites will have expensive shipping costs that add up to $60 to the price of a keyboard, and seeing the free shipping made this a much easier decision to pull the trigger on! The shipping was fast, and I received consistent updates by email about the order's progress, from receiving it to seeing a picture of it at my front door. This store has pretty good prices, the keyboard came in one piece (hopefully it works without problem), and Thock King had it in stock when no one else did. Five stars from me!

as the title says this company "thock king" has an awful return policy and the Monsgeek M5W keyboard i received has a slightly bent and off center PC plate, that much I know. it's looking like i'll have to take apart this keyboard and figure out what else may be wrong and correct any mistakes myself. 15 day return policy when I was waiting for my other parts to arrive to make sure everything works, pretty bogus. Especially since I've never built a keyboard before so, phenomenal 1st (and last) time experience. Bravo. On the plus side the keyboard looks solid and quality, just whoever put the parts together didn't care to make a quality product. In the video as you can see the PC plate is indented away from the frame or "top case" and not flush with the case.
