Shipping policy

We strive to provide industry-leading shipping times and aim to ship all in-stock products within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. A second email will be sent once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

For pre-orders and back-orders, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in the product description. These dates are estimates and may change depending on factors such as manufacturer timelines, production delays, and logistics.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $99, regardless of weight.

We typically use USPS First-Class or similar economy shipping for packages under 1 lb and USPS Priority Mail or other available services for larger packages.

For orders under $99, available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Free Shipping & Returns

If your order qualified for free shipping and you later return an item due to preference or buyer choice — such as ordering the wrong color, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item — the original shipping cost we paid to send the order will be deducted from your refund.

This does not apply if the return is due to our mistake or a defective or damaged item.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through USPS, UPS, and DHL at rates calculated based on your location.

Please note that USPS First-Class international shipping does not include insurance or full tracking. Thock King is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped using this service. Please use it at your own risk or upgrade to UPS or DHL if you would like additional tracking and coverage.

Hand-Lubed and Filmed Orders

This includes switch lubing and/or filming services.

These made-to-order services typically require an additional 1–7 days and may take longer depending on order volume.

Some switches may already be lubed in advance, in which case they may ship within the normal in-stock processing timeframe.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at hello@thockking.com with your name and order number and we’ll look into it for you.
