The fidget toy is very fun and its better than a fidget cube in my opinion because you can put mechanical switches in it. I like the product so much that I ordered two more and have recommended itnto other people.
I couldnt put in any of the switches into the block. Based on the product image, its supposed to be hollowed out in the middle. My fidget block was filled in and there was no way for me to put the switches in. I already emailed customer service but apparently they are non-existent so now I have wasted money on something I can't even use properly.
I ordered the mini and think I actually got the regular size by accident, but I’m not at all mad about it because the feel of this one in my hand is pretty good. I’d even dare to say that if it was just slightly bigger it would be closer to baseball size when the keycaps are on which might be even more satisfying. Overall it’s been a great addition to my desk and I find myself messing with it on video calls and when thinking through work problems. It’s cool with linear switches but made better when I put some tactiles in it. Definitely happy with this overall.
One of the parts was for a different product, but he was both kind and immediately responsive to my request to send the correct part, which was sent the same day.
